A Simple Formula

This business of manifesting isn't rocket science, as we all know.  It's pretty simple stuff: focus on what we want, and then do what feels good.

But we often complicate matters, don't we?  Asking questions like:

Which is when I remind clients to relax and let it be easy.  It can be easy, if we're up for it!  (Some of us are used to having to "work for it," but we can change that habit.)
 
To that end, let's talk about the first part of the manifesting formula: focusing on what you want.
 
Whatever you've got in mind is what you're creating.  When you imagine future conversations, expect certain outcomes, dwell on past experiences, listen to someone else's story, etc., those activities lead you into those futures.     
 
So when you learn to consistently point your attention on what you want, you naturally lead yourself into that happy future.
 
The challenge for most of us is being able to maintain that focus.  We're easily distracted by what we're afraid of, what we don't want, and/or the reality that's right in front of us.
 
Our job is to rise above those distractions and find a way to create - and continue - a strong connection (i.e. focus) on what we want.

Whatever helps you create a focus on what you want, leverage it!  Set yourself up for success by making this "attending-to-your-dream" stuff EASY.
 
I often get there by using awareness of negative emotions as a trigger to ask the question "What do I want?" or "What does it look like?" - and then spending some quality time with the answer.

These are just a few ways to create and maintain a focus on what you want.  Get creative to discover what works best for you, and then work it!  Magic abounds when you do!
